Fees / Insurance

Fees for a 50-60 minute counselling session:

Individual Counselling Session $145 / $150
Couples Counselling Session $160
Family Counselling Session $175

* Accepted forms of payment include:

E-transfer (E-transfer must be sent prior to or directly after the session), Cash, Debit or Credit

* Please note that if you have limited coverage, talk to Tara individually.

Insurance Options

We are all registered Providers with Green Shield & can bill direct.

Receipts will be provided for other insurance reimbursement purposes.

Tara is also registered with Blue Cross / Blue Shield and can direct bill.

Sabrina is an NIHB provider.

You are responsible for checking with your insurance provider for coverage

Income Taxes

As of September 2012, Registered Social Worker services can be claimed in Ontario as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
